Project Stages
We supply a custom made solution to all our clients. This is achieved by breaking the projects down into a few simple stages which you are then personally guided through. At the end of any stage, you have the option to proceed.

We work on the premise that all projects vary to a certain degree and no two clients are identical. We have found that this nurtures healthy communication, leaving you in control whilst we work through your needs efficiently.

Fee Structure
Fees are based on various options depending on project scope and type and are charged either on hourly rates or fixed fees, with administration charges for the supply and installation of goods.

Contract
The contract will be based on the Form of Appointment, ID/05 by the RIBA/BIDA (Royal Institute of British Architects/British Interior Design Association.)
